The HL Galvatech Zinc Recovery System (ZRS) separates free metallic zinc from ash/top-dross via a thermo-mechanical re-melt under controlled temperature and airflow. With a 750 kg skimmings handling capacity and higher-back-pressure burners, the system delivers ~97–98% metallic zinc recovery from ash (direct from drum, without double-melt), producing kettle-reusable zinc and saleable ZnO residues. The result is lower virgin zinc purchase, reduced disposal volumes, and short payback (often < 6 months).
