The HL Galvatech Flux Heating System ensures precise and consistent thermal control of zinc–ammonium–chloride flux, a key step for achieving bright, uniform galvanizing. Our closed-loop, Hot Water Generator–based heating circuit maintains the bath at an ideal 60–80 °C range (typically 65 °C), ensuring balanced activation and minimal fume generation. Optional Titanium or PTFE-coated coils provide indirect, flame-free heating—delivering uniform temperature without decomposing ammonium chloride.
Designed for safety, durability, and automation, the system integrates seamlessly with our Flux Regeneration Unit for synchronized control of temperature, pH, and density. This results in lower zinc consumption, stable chemistry, and brighter coating finishes.
