
HL Galvatech Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as HL Engineers, is an engineering-focused turnkey solution provider for Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG) plants and allied systems. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, we design, manufacture, erect, commission, and stabilize galvanizing plants for job-work and captive applications in India and overseas.
Our leadership and core technical team have been involved in 40+ galvanizing plant projects, comprising 25 plants commissioned during our earlier phase as HL Engineers and 18 complete plants executed under HL Galvatech Pvt. Ltd. This combined experience gives our clients the confidence of proven execution backed by continuity and hands-on knowledge.
A key milestone in our journey is the execution of one of India’s largest galvanizing plants for Fab Industries Pvt. Ltd., Nashik, featuring a 13.0 × 3.0 × 3.6 meter galvanizing kettle, approximately 985 MT zinc holding, and a production capacity of 10,000–12,000 MT per month. This project reflects our capability to handle large, high-tonnage, and technically demanding installations.

Every plant is engineered as per actual requirements — kettle size, daily tonnage, material profile, layout constraints, fuel type, and safety norms. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
With 40+ installed and running galvanizing plants and over 2,00,000 tons of galvanizing executed using our systems, our solutions are tested in real operating conditions, not just drawings.
Our in-house team of 30+ experienced engineers and technicians ensures proper design coordination, controlled manufacturing, smooth installation, and reliable commissioning at site.
We design equipment for heavy-duty industrial use — proper material selection, qualified welding, robust structures, and easy maintenance to ensure long operational life and reduced downtime.
High-velocity pulse-fired furnaces, efficient dryers, optimized fume extraction, and flux regeneration systems are implemented with a clear goal: higher productivity, lower fuel consumption, and better coating quality.
Our responsibility continues beyond delivery. We provide after-sales service, AMC, spare parts support, operator training, kettle replacement, plant upgrades, and post-commissioning assistance.
